MCR - Master of Corporate Real Estate (CoreNet)
The Master of Corporate Real Estate Designation (MCR) is recognized as the best in the business for the corporate real estate sector of the real estate industry. The MCR designee requires a candidate to take over 100 hours of specialized education and have a minimum of 10-years of experience in corporate real estate services.

Joe is licensed as a real estate broker in New York, North Carolina, and Colorado.

Certified General Licensed Appraiser
Joe has been a Certified General Appraiser since 1995. He has authored three commercial appraisal courses in New York and contributed to the State of New York exam questions for licensing. He has completed all of the educational requirements for the MAI designation, however, because his focus is on consulting reports at this time he does not qualify for the experience portion for the designation.
